When one of the world’s largest financial institutions decided to migrate their card loyalty marketing programs to fully variable digital color direct mail campaigns, Data-Mail made their migration to this new technology quick and seamless. Working closely with this bank, Data-Mail streamlined the variable programming and audit procedures to create a highly efficient fully-variable workflow, that resulted in the most personalized, and accurate customer loyalty message possible.

Each job (ranging from 201,000 pieces to 10 million) is routed to either the slower running, higher quality color imaging equipment (Data-Mail’s array of Xerox iGen printers), or one of our higher-speed color inkjet OCE JetStream printer to meet the bank’s specific needs.

Marketing departments appreciate the ability to take advantage of a fully-variable message, by utilizing thousands of image combinations, color call-to-actions, and fully variable legal disclosures. These new capabilities result in new accounts, new balance rollovers, and additional card activity.
