When one of the world’s largest financial institutions decided to migrate their card loyalty marketing programs to fully variable digital color direct mail campaigns, Data-Mail made their migration to this new technology quickly and seamlessly. Working closely with this customer, Data-Mail streamlined the variable programming and audit procedures to create a highly efficient fully-variable workflow, which resulted in the most personalized and accurate customer loyalty message possible.

Each mailing (ranging from 201,000 pieces to 10 million) is routed to either the digital color sheet fed equipment or to one of our high-speed digital color continuous printers to meet the customer’s specific needs and schedule.

Marketing departments appreciate the ability to take advantage of a fully-variable message by utilizing thousands of image combinations, color call-to-actions, and fully variable legal disclosures. These capabilities can result in new accounts, new balance rollovers, and additional card activity.
