Where does Data-Mail rank in iGen digital print volume?

Data-Mail ranks in the top 5 nationally for Xerox iGen digital print volume

Why is it important that Data-Mail offers variable digital color printing in both sheet fed and continuous form environments? Each format utilizes a very different technology, has differing print quality, and operates at much different speeds. Therefore, each technology is appropriate for different overall strategies which take into account the ratio of print quality versus speed, choice of paper stock, and budgeted per-unit cost.

Sheet fed variable color digital printing is produced on our Xerox iGen presses. The technology is toner based and can produce near offset quality four color printing on both sides of a sheet. Applications include letters, postcards, and self-mailers in quantities from 1000 pieces up into the millions.

Continuous form variable color digital printing brings high speed production into the world of variable color. Data-Mail was one of the first in the direct marketing industry to introduce the Océ JetStream, a high-speed continuous form digital color press. As demand for this technology continues to grow, we also continue to grow our fleet of continuous form digital presses. This technology produces full-color variable content at lower campaign costs than have ever been available before. We invite you to request printed samples of our recent work.
